Steven is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach.

He is also a Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC) registered with the Canadian Council of Professional Certifications (CCPC Global).

Steven’s passion is in helping Senior Level and C-Suite Executives sharpen their leadership effectiveness through Coaching.

Steven has coached a wide spectrum of senior professionals including CEO, COO, CFO, CISO, MDs, Heads of Departments, Senior Leaders, and Senior Medical Consultants (Specialist Medical Doctors), from both the public and private sectors.

Alex is a Professional Certified Coach accredited with ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Certified Solution Focused Coach accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification. Some of his past coaching assignments included executive coaching for CEOs and Heads of Department, Mid-Level Managers and Front-line Supervisors. Alex coaches exceptionally well with new leaders, millennials and progressive leaders who prefers autonomous coaching relationships.

With more than 20 years of leadership and talent development experiences, some of his senior level leadership roles included being the Head of Learning Solutions (APAC South) in Harvard Business Publishing (Corporate Learning) and being the Head of Talent Development in 3M Singapore.

LX’s coaching experience spans across different topics such as career development, leadership development, team management, stakeholder engagement and change management. His corporate experiences vary across sectors such as, Information Technology, Financial Institutions, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Healthcare…just to name a few.

LX graduated from RMIT University with a Masters of Education (Leadership & Management). When he is not busy at work, LX is a struggling musician, with 2 supportive fans, his daughter and his wife.

Darrel has 6 years of coaching experience with leaders from non-profit, public, and private sectors, including clients such from GIC, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Health Sciences Authority, Ministry of Health Holdings, Singapore Management University, REACH Community Services, Dell, Campus Impact, Smart Guppy, Edimpact and Ehka Studio and more. Darrel has also coached clients globally from middle east, Europe and Australia.

As a Certified Solution-Focused Coach (CSFC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Darrel specialises in Solution Focused Coaching for performance in complex situations. In today’s fast paced, volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, the old approach of managing through top down rigid rules no longer work. Leaders need to be nimble, flexible and adaptable. Darrel works with leaders to understand and manage situations of complexity where challenges faced can be overwhelming and subject to many interdependent factors such as culture, leadership, people management, team building, strategy alignment, conflict management, career development, stakeholder management etc.

Darrel has wide diverse career experience with 18 years of career spanning strategy formulation, programme design and execution across all three non-profit, public and private sectors. He has developed and managed non-profit initiatives totalling $1 million annually as well as large scale public sector programmes such as the Bridging Loan Programme under the $5.8 billion Special Risk-sharing Initiative (SRI) launched during Budget 2009. He also managed the Centre for Non-profit Leadership which drives non-profit leadership development programmes at the board and CEO levels.
