“I have participated in such surveys and coaching before and hence was rather sceptical about what Alex would be able to achieve. Nevertheless I was pleasantly surprised with my interaction with Alex.
He was able to encourage me to focus on key areas that I felt I needed to, and more importantly, was ready to address. His ability to listen and reflect my thoughts also helped me come up with solutions that would impact my work and personal life. It was also very useful that we came up with a manageable, realistic and practical plan of action and deliverables to be ready for the next meeting.
